McCulloch Ranch and Land Company, established in 1990, is a land brokerage company specializing in the marketing of country neighborhood subdivisions in Comal, Bexar, and Kendall Counties, as well as the brokerage of ranch properties in the Hill Country and South Texas. Since 1990, our efforts have resulted in the sale of over 1,400 two to ten acre single family residential homesites valued at over $42,000,000 in 17 different subdivisions. (See projects list and map for more specific information ). In addition, we have brokered over 34,000 acres of ranch property with a total sales price of over $54,000,000.

Michael Velasco has been Sales Manager and primary sales agent for all our projects and is recognized as one of the leading home site salesmen in this area. Mr. Velasco has also shared development responsibilities with Mr. McCulloch and with other owners on many of the projects, including land planning lot design. He is president of RMMV Properties, Inc., the Managing General Partner of Amrose Development Partners , Ltd., developer of the Comal Trace neighborhood.

Ritchie McCulloch has been in the ranch and land real estate brokerage business since 1981 and was associated with Henry S. Miller/Grubb and Ellis Cos. as Farm and Ranch Division Manager until 1989. Mr. McCulloch has acted as the general partner developer for the partnerships which developed and sold the Sage Oaks, Persimmon Hill, Coyote Ridge, Riata Ranch and Acacia Ranch neighborhoods. In 2002, he was named the Farm and Land Specialist of the Year by the San Antonio Board of Realtors . Mr. McCulloch serves as a director of the Bexar Land Trust.
